Welcome! Soward Consultancy is a for-purpose, Aboriginal-owned consulting firm dedicated to supporting the self-determination of vulnerable people by working with organisations and individuals to create the building blocks to make a positive difference.
We specialise in centering the voices and representing the needs of vulnerable people in our work with Government, NGOs, community, and individuals to ensure outcomes benefit the client and the community they are servicing. Our capabilities span across business analysis and coaching, cultural advice, evaluation, tailored program design & delivery, and training & assessment for social services.
We pride ourselves on using Aboriginal ways of knowing, being, and doing to navigate the complexities and diversity that exist across social service delivery for Australia’s vulnerable populations.
